International Volleyball Tournament in younger girls categories and one  boys category is  held from 14.06 to 17.06.at the Mavrinci (Čavle municipality) near the town of Rijeka in the sports hall  Mavrinci on three volleyball courts.

 

 

All matches are played according to the rules FIVB  as well as under the provisions of the Croatian Volleyball Association (HOS) - Exceptions are the Rules defined by these Proposals - adapted to the younger categories.

 

 

The tournament is held in three girls categories (A, B, C) and one boys (C) category.

Female categories are 2002/03, 2004/05, 2006/, year and male category is 2002/03.

The tournament is mandatory to have a valid competition card or a passport for teams coming from abroad  also the players are required to have a valid medical examination

 

 

In all three women's categories there are 10 to 12 teams divided into groups A, B, C. The competition takes place in groups A, B, C, and then all teams play placement matches (1st place, 3rd place, 5th. place, 7th place, 9th place, 11th place).

In the 2002/03 men's category there are 8 -10 teams divided into groups A and B also play in groups between themselves and for placement of 1 to 9 places.

                                                    

 

In both categories for the top three teams receive trophies and medals.

 

 

For proper maintenance volleyball tournament primary responsibility has volleyball Competition Commission consisting of three members:

Participants in the international tournament (clubs) pay for themselves travel and accommodation costs, while organizational (sports hall, court fees) and other costs borne by the organizer of tournament Global Sport (GS). 

 

 

Tournament participants also bring their own balls for training   before the match.

The exception may be the team to come to the tournament with the aircraft.

 

 

 

Height of the net for cadets  is 243 cm and the girls cadets is 224 cm, for the young girls cadets is 224 cm and for the girls  youngest is 215 cm

 

                                                  

 

Matches are playing on two winning sets up to 25 points while the third set plays up to 15 points. All sets are playing on two points of difference. The team wins 2 points while losing team 0 points.

 

 

Players matches playing in a uniform sports equipment (shirts - shorts) with numbers on shirts on the chest. Teams whose players do not have numbers on shirts can’t play..

 

 

Clubs (Teams) may appeal to the match and the result of the match, also in violation of the rules and rules of the game

An appeal against the result of the course of the game must be announced in the record and explained basic motifs immediately after the end of the match, before signing it  -  confirms the record.

The appeal fee amounts to 375 kuna (50 euro) in the case of a positive decision, returns 75% . A complaint procedure that does not meet these conditions will not be trigger and will be reject for formal reasons.

                                                    

 

The organizer of   tournament must provide a qualified medical person,

with supplies for first aid. Such a person must be in the hall at a certain place throughout the game.

 

 

Participation fee for the tournament is 100.00 euro per team and the teams must pay the tournament organizer before the start of the first match in the tournament.

Competition Commission in accordance with the applicable normative acts of FIVB and HOS..
